i was told for short journeys 5w40 was good and long ones 10w40 was the choice but also was told that 5w40 is def a no go so not to sure,im sure the zed pros will be posting soon on it ;)

Would sell it for 2k for a club member but for all the other adds £2500 would be my goal.

needs a spoiler for sure and i already bought a high level spoiler for her but wont be painting it,goes with the car obviously :) theres the bubble paint here and there but not that many either its in pretty goog nick after all the work i've put in it,you should have seen her when i first bought it... lol

My problem with Ebay is the price they go for :( I've put loads of money and hard work into this car and I know I wont be getting that money back but dont want to give it for nothing either.

Well my car is nearly all sorted and just waiting now on the brake master cylinder to have it spot on again! then will be up for sale (some time thru the week) now my thing is.. I would love the car to stay with a member of the zed club coz I know it would be well looked after and all that but as I live in Northern Ireland that might be a problem for the members coz most of yous are all based in England so my question is, is there any point putting a for sale add in the club or go straight to auto trader/pistonheads etc..?

am bleading the brakes oppisite corners back and front altertaly but have not done abs actuiator as did not know bout it on this car would this stop fluid getting to the lines at the front if had air lock? i have nothing at the nipple end at all bone dry all fluid is as feed line only and only when pumping brake

unless pumping the brake (in the on off motion for bleading) i have no fluid just coming out with gravity like any car i have worked on

no have fluid at the inlet off the calipers on both sides just when bleeding dry as a bone not even air?

it is yes... i fitted new brake lines bout 6 months back and had to blead the braking system then and never had a problem am really lost on this one lol

i have a airlock in my front brake lines due to caliper change. I've tryed bleed but with no success no brake fluid coming out of the bleed screw "bleed screw is not blocked". did this happend to anyone here before? its so strange this one.

Well thats the plan Gary! should be ready this week end so goin up for sale on monday or trade but most people in northern ireland run from 300s as they are the devil so it will be a very hard sell or trade lol

well it wasent the valves after all.. but the crank is good so its just shells need fix or maybe a locosoil or whatever it is called treatment. will get it fixed but my heart is not with this car anymore so it will go after its fixed and if i cant sell it for the price im looking will problaly swap it or brake it and with the money get another one. honestly believe the ferking car is cursed! will be buying another zed for sure but this one cant even look at it anymore! its like cheated on me over and over again and i have a forgive her but this time i dont!

well left the car in cookstown think it will be off the road for a while! back to walking and get fit lol its not even funny really.. RAC guy also wreckons its hy valve lifters so not to sure what to do it will still be up to £600 (parts and labour) to get it fixed id say? Will give it a try to change oil and do the hy lifter treatment but i guess the problem will still be there it will only cover it for a while.

lets hope so still waiting on rac believe it or not! another 60min! :rant:
