  1. cheers guys turned out i didnt need any after all,the fluid was so clear i thought there was none in it,but wiped it on a cloth and it was nice and pink!!
  2. im just about to run out and get some oil for my autobox on my jap twinturbo as it appears there isnt a lot init!so if any one knows what type it is please let me know asap as a i dont want to explain to the chimps in halfords what a 300zx is again:mac1:
  3. We are heading for a single world currency in the near future,if that happens it wont matter.i remember reading about a year ago about this its part of the new world order if you know about that,so in other words this credit crunch is enginered.

  11. ive got a top of the range bosch battery for it,its just a matter of recharging it and puting it back on-but havent had the time lately.the one on it is like a fiesta battery so its strugling a bit lol the deal on the booster packs runs untill the 21st of december i think
  12. just bought a battery booster and tyre inflator from maplins to solve the battery constantly dying and leting me down.Well worth the 20 quid i paid and the same thing in halfords is 50quid.just thought it mite be helpful to someone with battery problems this time of year:hyper:

  15. yet another question!my car has leather but its got the nasty tweed under the dashboard and on door cards.I have noticed on later and uk cars it has a velour type material?i want to know how hard it is to remove the tweed and recover in sexy grey alcantara which i have found at £18 a square meter.i also want to remove the plastic trim on the targas which has gone brittle and retrim,has anyone done this?:rolleyes:

  17. im loving this site you always get a fast reply!ive got no plans to sell the zed anytime soon so il join up in the new year i think!isnt there a way of doing it your self with some perspex?it cant be that difficult!i do love the genuine 99s but price puts me of this close to xmas but i hate the stock orange jobbies so il have to attempt to DIY them temporary!!
  18. hi all,ive been looking around and ive seen a lot of zeds with the fake 99 spec rear lights.i have looked everywere to find a forum for it on here with no luck:( how hard is it and were do i get the clear plastic from?cheers:o

  20. i find vpower better than tesco 99 none of my cars have liked it for some reason!kms arent to bad once you get used to it just takes some getting used to

  22. intesting stuff there cheers its always good to know as im using this as a everyday car and because the needle is constantly all over the place due to all the round a bouts round here!so realy the light is the only thing to rely on!and i have noticed if you half fill the tank it takes ages for it to get to the quarter mark-but once it does it drops rapidly so i never know were i am,and it clocking in kms doesnt help lol. I do think mine is better than 17mpg thow as i worked that out to around when the light comes on, so i recon around 24mpg ish?maybe its because its a completely standard TT and its been well maintained with a pretty good millage?what petrol do you all use?
  23. hi got bit of a problem with the glass in my front doors.The tops of the glass could do with been pulled in a few mm if possible as there is a slight gap on the top corner of both doors!any help much appreciated!
  24. just intested to know if anyone knows precisely how much petrol is left in the tank when the low fuel indicator starts to glow?..its always a good thing to know!
