Looking for a workhorse type thing to get me back and forward to work. My last job, which they shut down and made us all redundant was a 10 mile a day trip. As I use my Dodge Ram as my daily, 5.7ltr Hemi it wasnt that bad. A gallon a day took care of the work run ! However, start a new job next Monday and its a 65 mile round trip !! Do the maths !:crying: Looking for a cheapo runaround, but would need a kinda medium type size car, ie, Vectra, Mondeo etc. Had a few Vectras, but never a diesel. Any recommendations ?? Heres the tricky bit !:ohmy: Budget is limited ! Can stretch to £2000, maybe a few quid more if its a good un. Fire away troops. Alan............

lol, actually checked that, just in case. Deffo the right way up. It used to just Autorun when you put a disc in, but doesnt seem to be doing that now ? Alan............

Ran through the Device Manager and its saying this; This device is working properly. If you are having problems with this device, click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter. Ran through the trouble shooter, and couldnt find owt ? When I put a disc in, there is a wee spinning disc symbol next to the arrow cursor, loads of hi-pitched noises starting and stopping from the drive, nothing out of the ordinary, just that nothing happens ! Have a new printer to install as the old ones goosed. Have tried the new disc for the new printer, the old disc for the old printer, the disc for my camera and my mp3, all of which worked perfectly the last time and nothing works now ?? Alan......

My desktop is working fine, no problems, or rather, was !! My printer has seen better days so purchased a new one. Anyways, my problem is, when I put the installation disc in, nothing happens ?? Get a wee spinning disc symbol next to the cursor arrow, but nothing else. Tried the disc for the camera, mp3, nero etc and none of them wil run. They all did last time, no problems ? Wont even play cd`s that were previously written by it !! Any ideas ?? Alan..............
