Hi Gaz, When in Auto Overdrive she does 38mph for every 1,000rpm !! Kicking back about 26 mpg. Take it about the town being a silly bugger, she will drop to about 15 mpg. She is only the 305ci, 5.0ltr, V8 so its not too bad. When I got her about 8 weeks ago she was white with a blue wing !! Being a coachbuilder by trade, a fresh coat of paint and she looks presentable again !! Oh, she redlines at 4.500rpm !! Quite a cruiser. She doesnt accelerate, she gains momentum !! ;) Cheers, Alan..

Hi, There is a Classic Car Show at Chatelherault Country Park on Sunday, 21st of August. The park is just outside Hamilton. Normally 2 fields, 1 with the Max Power stuff for the kids, and the main field for everything else. Yanks, Ferraris, Kit cars, Japs etc. Things there for the kids to do if you are bringing the weans, always well organised as well. I have the application form here which does individual entries, or a club entry. No cost, just fill in the form and let them know how many are coming. If you get over 6 they will rope off a pitch for you !! Can post the form through to you if you want to organise something, or if anybody fancies it and wants a form, let me know !
