Had the same symptoms, turned out to be PCV valves. Fitted a pair of valves and no more problems. Alan.........

Also sold my Zed earlier this year due to personal circumstances. Still visit the forum almost every day and keep up with the goings on. Attended a Classic car show today with my IROC and my old Zed was there ! As luck would have it, I should be in the market for another Zed before Xmas with a bit of luck ! :D Once you have one, it sort of sticks with you. What you getting next ??? Alan.........
