  6. stay away lisa there awful :mad: i know alot of people who have fitted them, and then slip after less than a 1000miles :o get an rps mate, might be a few quid but you wont have to replace it for along time, so its money in the bank in the long run :duffer:
  7. thanks guys, just got home now, katherine is very tired as expected! but baby amy was born at 8pm after a 7 hour labour! she weighed in at 7lb 9oz!! ;) fairly straight forward although, midfwifes had the break the waters in the end as it was getting menotonous(excuse spelling its late) pic of my little fighter bit bruised in pic as shes about 5 mins old :hyper: just got in now, and am knackered :p greg
  8. mitsubushi galant 2.5 v6 now i would buy 10 of them the seats are so comfortable 4doors/nimble/space/reliable/toys audi a4? bmw e46 3 series owned one and was the most comfortable/quit car to drive just some options.

  13. nice one i must say the z is a cracking touring car and is v.comfortable did the france/belgium drive through and never complained once about comfort
  14. nope as the bonnet angles up slightly and water works its way from off the bonnet, slightly differant :smw:
  15. not cool if your car is wreck and is dangerous to yourself and others IMO :smw: only pissing thing that annoys me is when MOT tester fail your car on headlight alignments or blown bulbs FFS really gets my back up! My answer is change the fooker and bill me yet they can advise you on a worn suspension component which could go at any time or the like :confused: grrrrrr nice one dan glad it was all good
  16. problem is bud, is keeping water out from the battery area, also the main ECU loom comes in from the bulkhead under the batter tray so not a good idea greg
  17. if your not to bothered about looks you can add a few washers under each bonnet strap this will then help heat escape and means you dont have to cut the bonnet
  18. try the 10mg ones then they produce more backpressure :D
  19. well iv always used castrol rs 10-60 or millers cs 10-60 some say its not suitable but iv used it and IIRC mac uses it so cant be to bad eh my z always started and sounded like new so did something right
  20. it may do dave, if its thicker, theory is less chance off as much passing the seals use 10-60 and drive steady not to many long journeys :duffer:
  21. nicotein patches? or remove the exhaust fill it with petrolium and burn it out , might reduce the smoke for a while dave
