  5. yep if you have looked after your car she will sail through, remember if it fails on something, take it somehwhere else as every mot tester has differant opinions  one will say ns wheel bearing needs replacing others will say ya tax disc is loose
  6. it needs a 4 wheel alignment, these cars have a habit of scrubbing tyres, worth checking certain bushes on suspension, but id defo try 4 wheel alignment first HTH greg ;)

    happy birthday john
  18. i should imagine there is pros and cons with either after years of uses the rubber ones become brittle and crack causing erratic idle problems/boost leaks but overall i would say false to your question air flows through at an almost constant rate,so air would still remain pretty much the same
  19. nice one karl pop round and do mine if you want :D

id say to make sure the car has a full checkover boost controller is obviously going to be a nice improvement, but after that it starts to get expensive, there isnt much point buying bigger injectors when the tubs are going to be maxed out @15psi boost controller gauges better radiator intercoolers turbos&injectors engine rebuild :D
  21. new gearshift bushings is all it needs fiddly job but cheap ;)
  22. dont take things to heart its all banter i would imagine with a healthy amount of hp you could be good for 185 the only members on the forum who would stand a chance of breaking 200mph barrier is mac IMO due to his setup ;)
