  3. i can remove a z engine now on my own almost,am in the process of rebuilding and refiiting :D about 10 of them at the moment :eek:
  4. good luck nick make sure you pop up z tech to say hi once in a while i was going down the motorway home the other day and 2bikes came past pulling big wheelies above 100mph and they were going for about 1/2 a mile :eek: made the traffic rubber neck :D all the best greg

  10. rear arms are a PITA just time consuming unscrewing the feckers,remember to lock one of whilst you do the other i was baffled for a good hour when i did my first ones LOL,good excuse indeed for hical eliminator :D

  14. no not really theres more in the US who have totally agree with the above engine health is more important to get right like for EG you have very clean water/coolant in the rad systym and its flushed and checked regulary,these engines are so delicate overheating can warp the heads in seconds and the water temp gauge is usless the 300 has a very low tolerance to overheating!good quality oil and changed and checked regulary! suspension check all bushes shocks! all that power and no handling is usless brakes check brake pistons and seals for failure or seizure free up seized pistons replace seals,some good pads braided lines and new discs will help you stop LOL Then new turbos,l flywheel,decent clutch,injectors,intercoolers,decent pistons then :hyper: not in that paticular order
  15. aghhh but they are actually brembos if you look on the outside rim of the disc
  16. id get aftermarket gauge and plumb the sender it to the top hose either using a sandwich adaptor by greddy chris@getgreddy sells them in the traders section IIRC or get a smithy hardpipe kit and get him to weld sender in to top metal hose also in traders section
