Mine are pretty much the same but; Maris pipers par boiled in salted water for about 7mins( I try to get whole small ones all the same size and once peeled and in the pan, run water through them to remove the starch) After 7 mins, empty all water out of pan but leave spuds in. Give them a good glug of Virgin olive oil and some rock salt then put the lid on the pan and give it a a few gentle shakes. Tip the spuds into a pre heated roasting tin that has a decent amount of beef dripping in it. Roast for about 30 mins at 200c (fan)
