  3. What is the voltage range on your tps, from fully closed to fully open. iirc it should go from 0.44 upto 4.06v (not sure if this is correct, so feel free to correct me)

  5. Yes there are, As you say you need to crank the engine to get oil moving before you start it up. To do this; Take out the fuel pump fuse (drivers side inner wing, back of engine, across from the balance bar), remove the fuel filler cap to release any gasses that have built up, put cap back on. Then crank the engine a few times to get the oil flowing. Once done you can put the fuse back in and start it up. This assumes that all fluids and fuel are good.

  17. Make sure your throttles are balanced as well, ie. opening at the same time. This can cause wierd problems.. Also check your IACV is working properly. The engine should idle at 750rpm when up to temp.. oh, it's important that the tps voltage is rock steady and stable..
  18. Big wuss, I did mine on me own on the drive  Great work mate, bet you can't wait to drive it now :thumbup1:

They were two completely different car but I swapped the seats and wheels over to my new and soon forgot about the old one..

  24. Have you got a tool for testing the discs mate? Even a slight warp that you can't tell by eye is enough to cause a wobble..
  25. As Dan said; I would look into getting a BMC brace. In all my years on the forum I can't remember anyone having to upgrade the zed BMC no matter what brakes they are using.
