  6. Sounds like you're going about it right mate. You could try a bit of contact cleaner on the connectors. Have a look at the ptu make sure it's not gone green on the the connections.

  20. 3-5 mm standard spacers should be fine, but any more than that and you should go hubcentric (as mentioned).
  21. Dropping it that much will exceed the oem camber adjustment, so you will need to get adjustable camber arms all round if you don't want to ruin your tyres

  24. It can be a confusing job to carry out. Have you had a look in the FAQ section? There is a FAQ in there that explains it well (I can't link to threads with my browser). Do you mean the small pipes coming out of the throttle bodies? If so these are vacuum pipes (drivers side goes to EGR solenoid, pass to carbon canister) they can be blocked off when you are removing the EGR and CC. HTH
