That is racists though. It's ok to hate an individual because you don't agree or get on with them but to hate a person because of the colour of their skin or where they came from is wrong. It's quite clear cut really.

I used a 12v 7amp RC battery to put mine up without any problems. I just connected the wires to the window motor and up she went. I think you'll be fine using that connected directly to the motor but not as a replacement for the battery..

I got distracted by the coke can in lava...lol

GL1 upto early 93 then KH3 mate. They are different but only noticeable when next to each other.

I did too mate. Even if the pipes 'looked' OK, chances are that disturbing them when doing an engine pull wouldn't have helped their condition much. Would be gutting to get the engine back in only to find you've now got a leak from a pipe you could have changed...

Thanks folks, I'm going to put it down to mistakes as Jeff and Gaz suggested. Since both items are low cost i.e. less than £20 for both, I'm not too bothered by guilt. If they were more expensive items I would try to return them, otherwise I would feel a bit bad..

Bit of an odd one but recently I've received two packages addressed to me but I haven't ordered them :confused: The first was a vaping pen. I ordered this off ebay and it was delivered as normal, I left feedback and they did for me. So all good. However, two weeks later I was sent another one. I didn't order it but thought that they must have sent it by mistake. So I just ignored it really. Today I received a Euro plug adapter. I never ordered one of these and haven't got a clue as to why I was sent it :no: I've checked my records and even tried tracking the company down via google but the company google said was based there moved 8 years ago. Or so the bloke I spoke to said he did.. I'm now beggining to think that it may be some type of fraud but can't figure out why or who it could be, since I'm getting the parcels... Anyone have any ideas? Cheers Steams.

oops, it won't be that then..lol You could try some carb cleaner in the throttle body it may help to reduce carbon build up.

Knackered Particulate filter? I know that the pre facelift vectra c cdti diesels had DPF that needed to be replaced when blocked, where as the newer facelift models have a rechargable one that doesn't require replacement.. May be the astra was the same?? Sorry mate, that's all I've got as diesels run on magic as far as I can tell....lol

Not handbrake related but Auto box related. I'd had my first zed for about 2 weeks and had got used to driving an auto. Anyway, I got into my manual Vectra GSi and drove away quite normally, Came upto a junction and just put my foot on the brake pedal. Totally forgot to dip the clutch..... ....felt a right pillock when the car stalled...lol
