Basically my parents have just had a major amount of work done because of an insurance claim but they need to bill the insurance company for the decorating work they have done but have no idea how much to charge them for the work they have done themselves.. what is the going hourly rate for painting new plaster and sanding and varnishing skirting and doors?? many thanks in adv guys and girls.. if you know someone who is a deccy or have family "in the trade" i would really appreciate the q being asked.. :D ;) :D
