  2. Also it looks like you have the welder on too high or you didnt go quick enough. Try a lower setting, the steel is thin enough to lower the welder. Hope all works out. If you want to cheat put some epoxy steal stick over the weld and then paint when set. This is not the best way to go about things but if your happy the weld is strong the steel stick will hide the weld if untidy.
  3. I agree, grind back and re weld. Grind a little groove where you want the weld. This helps when your learning, the weld is easier to get where you want it.

  9. mate dont shoot me for saying this, but what about a nissan micra. I have a 1.0 run about on a p plate, we have had it for 7 years and has never failed an mot, mega cheap to run and only cost was brake pads. Very cheap and sensible DD till yours is fixed and you could sell it at the same price you brought it.

the only nsr to top 100 is gthe smart card jap import of the early 90s. I had one, very thirsty and use loads of oil. the newer two stroke one is can do 100 if modded and then become unreliable. Better off on a 400 vfr nc 30.
  19. look great, but very slow. Look good in white
