YOu used to be able to use the government run stations, you got a strict, consistent result, but they had nothing to gain from failing anything. As far as I know all these have gone now.

A friend of mine could score 170+ on the test that Mensa use (where 150 is considered considered something special and qualifies you for entry) but he failed his degree twice. However, now he has about 3 degrees and a PHD (but no job!).

You should really use a dry lubricant like graphite or one of those silicon lubricant sprays that can be used on machinery.

Any sensible firewall/proxy policy will block access to all the known anonymisers. Also, being found using one of these is arguably more of a problem than accessing the web sites you shouldn't, because you are intentionally trying to subvert company policy !
