Its done guys, went to my local garage and borrowed a little pump and went in through the top on the fuel tank, took a while but iv got 2 tanks for my integra, happy days!!

il have to suck some petrol as its not insured anymore, oh well hospital here i come!

Its a 2+2 sadly the reason is iv sold it and its got £60's worth of fuel in it which my other car would like ha ha.

HI, How do I empty my fuel tank? I thought about simply putting a hose in the tanks and doing it the old school way but I dont want a mouth full of fuel so are there any alternatives? I tried to locatre my fuel return line but got confused has anyone got a picture of which one it is as theis is prob the safest way.....

Exactly what I thought, the origional engine prob went bang cos he was running standard injectors or something along those lines.

oops, I didnt notice so I could do with getting someone to have a sniff at the pipes when I turn it over. If it does smell of fuel I guess that means the fuel supply is ok....?

Its got a new fuel filter on it The plugs are dry but spell of fuel I wish it ticked over, so dont know about a fuel smell on tickover. I thought it was electrical but when it broke down the other day the fuel pump started buzzing every minuite or so just when the ignition was on. But strangly i got it started last wednesday and it ran fine then came out on thursday and nothing. so odd.

My 300 will refuse to start, it turns but wont fire up. I removed the fuel pump fuse and cranked it over in case the the engine was fludded put the fuse back in and it seemed to make no difference apart from I could hear a short buzzing sound when i turned the key but still would not start. It feels like it out of fuel but the pump is still buzzing????????

Hey, I managed to get the beast running sweet on wednesday but when I cam out last night the batt was dead and when I tryed to jump it the engine turned but did not fire up even after I had the jump leads on it for 30 mins. Just one more f*cking annoying day in the life of my piece of s*it Z!

so ever tt before then is vvt?

Are there 2 different types of TT engine, iv head one has VVT and one doesnt, is this the case?

I know, iv ordered a ptu unit and my mechanic seems to think that will sort the issue as its still on its origional unit. So when that sorted it will be running like a dream ready for me to sell.

just short of 5k but iv already spent 1k on the engine and interior!

will the loom off a 96 Z plug straight into my loom or will I have to locate a special one?

Good thing, easily overlooked. the guy who I bought it off said he had replaced them not so long ago but you never know. Iv also located a seres 2 ptu for £75 delivered so I might invest in that too as my car is a 1991 so it will have a crappy old one
