yes im sure they changed it so if it fails and you take the car out of the garage you pay the retest fee....but if you leave it there and let them do the work then there is no fee?

should be no probs getting an oil filter for youer zed from halfrauds although it will likely be a fram filter that i wont use, a headlight bulb would be a bit much for them if it's JDM :/
