Thanks Pete im gonna have to give jeff a call i think sooner rarther than later have been priced £1,100 for my box to be fully reconditioned , thought that was ok on price , but 2 think it's not much more for a manual con makes me just wanna save that bit extra :):)

Im certainly debating either a complete recon on my box or a manual conversion!, but 2 be honest i'm in no rush to do either as gonna save for some other mods also, and got another car i can use for now:) So means all my spare cash can go in to teh Z fund:dance:

Well I’ve finally got round to adding a sig-pic (only temp until i get some better pics of the Z, up) :) But was just wondering how i create a link to my rides, I can place the link in my sig But how do people get it to just read My Ride or My Z32 etc ? Thanks in advance Chris

yep i was thinking about that price for a box but had so many varied opinions on it some saying recon the one u got rarther that by another second hand one ? but thinking of what else i want done long term i might save for a manual conversion and some other things 2 ! and good that he picked up on the car running rich , am sure jeff will sort it for you though!;) gonna have to get booked in my self further down the line and get things checked over

Thanks mate and yeah looks like i missed a proper good day!! , but dont think my Mums old Fiesta would have faired to well on the rolling rd :rofl::rofl: Gonna cover the Z up and keep it off the rd for a bit and start saving as much as i can in anticipation to get some other things done 2! bet ur well pleased with that figure bud:)

Well just an Update as such ive not done any more apart from check the oil and may clean the filter out but still struggles in each gear so gonna cover The Z up and leave it off the rd for a while hopefully as im putting a fair few hrs in work should be able to save some proper funds and get some other things done 2 !! at least that's the plan anyway!

well looks like u all had a great day and got some good figures!! Pics and vids are great guys ,:D just wish i could have made it now !!:mad: but the Z's going under cover for now so i can save some funds !

well had the local gearbox specialist come and he has confirmed it's on it's way out for sure strange though as it did go through most of the gears ok when he took it around the block apert from a non to pleasent jolt , lol but then today when i wanted to move it up the drive a bit couldnt get it to even take off ! im not short have a car to use though my mum rearely use's her's these days so may leave it off the road for now and save some funds up to do some other things 2:)

Glad ur feeling a bit better bud, and had a chance to get the Z out,:) mine is sittin at the top of the drive waiting to to be covered up (pending further gearbox investigation):cool:

In all honesty i may leave it off the rd for a bit now and save some funds for the box and some other things iv'e been after ! :cool: gutted i cant make it to this but glad it did'nt happen closer or even on the day ! and im sure there will be other chances to meet all you guys!:)
