  2. yes the 115 bhp only difference was the cam mine was the 20 seh. 0-60 book was 8.9 sec's but was great round corners. the c20xe like my bro had in his cally was 136 bhp with the long throw gearbox my cav had the short throw f16 box great for accelerating but my bro used to beat me at the top end (private runway driving) simply cos of the long ratio box. now people are deffo asleep + am quite up with 1990's vaux spec's was a sad boy racer im affraid but now i go for the more refined cars lol

  10. i had exactly the same problem with mine. i phoned the garage i got it from as they gave me a 12 month warrenty... they changed the plugs and found a split vacuum hose.. she runs ok now. if they are willing to pay the bill take it to the best garage you can z tech is highly recomended http://www.ztech.co.uk ryan really knows his z's take it there and send the dealer the bill.. might as well take it to a specialist but what ever you do dont take it to nissan main dealer as they know fook all about these cars

  14. think if you disconnect the sensor completely the steering will be heavy all the time not light!!! if its faulty eg not working it cant tell the pump what to do can it? so heavy
  15. im a tight git and like working with mdf lol...+ i have never used fibreglass and dont wanna foook it up. as i am fitting 12" subs i need quite a bit of room for them and the boxes im doing are easy to make ,cheap and pratical.. the noyze boyze dont seem like they do any shopping

  19. when i get it just right i will mate, dont wanna send you dodgy drawings now do i ;) :p gonna do some more to them over the weekend . once i get the shape ok for my car i will draw round them....but it also depends on what you want so you will have to mod them for your own taste. im going for slanted boxes but they can be made flat on top ect each to there own so to speak! will let you know
  20. sorry mate no plans but it quite easy to get right use card and template the top and bottom sections of your boot then transfer to the wood ect then either use more wood or fibreglass to mould the back.... i just used these picks to get the right sort of idea...
  21. have you deffo checked the speed sensor as the steering is speed sensitive a dirty connector on the sensor will cause the steering to be intermittant.. it controls the pump and creates steering light when driving slow then as you speed up gets heavier. speed sensor is on the gearbox it also sends a signal to the speedo some times the speedo fails or jumps but not always other times the fault only lies in the steering signal thats how it can be an electrical fault!
  22. fitted 6x9's in the doors i have made baffles for 6.5" speakers under the origional covers in the back, also in the middle of building two boxes for two 12" subs one for each side of the boot (but still be able to get targas in here are some example pics of what im trying to replicate also some other idea is building a parcel shelf like one of the guys in pics did HTH gaz
