  1. are you sure its not in the rad a 30 mm bolt would have a bit of diffuculty getting to the bottom if it impo.. prob lodged in the matrix a bit give it a gentle tap on the edge upside down to see if it dislodges... cant see it going that far down the rad!!!

  5. i did on my old cav i grooved them myself on an indexable chuck!! never had a problem with them. they were pratically new tho. i wouldn't have attempted it on old disks as the wall thicknes would be to thin. only went 1-2 mm deep they worked effectively. one thing tho i love me z to much to try it on her deffo buy propper ones for this type of car!! wouldn't wanna stove her up the back of someone

  8. generally most people remove them and get the hole welded up when they have there tailgate done ..nice to see someone tackling the problem rather than removing it good luck

  13. here are some pics which i got off of the net i based my idea on these.. this person used all wood aswell.
  14. all mdf bud, to be honest my jigsaw wasn't that good at cutting the angles so a bit messy at the back but some wood filler and sanding sorted the prob....will take piccys on my second one tho.. ive never used fibreglass but would prob be easier for the back section...might have a dabble on the second box and if all goes well i will replace the back of the first. just need to find some cheap fibre glass and resin ect

  16. deffo sounds like a dirty plug on the sensor try cleaning the connector before changing the whole speed sensor
  17. nice one hope shes all you have been waiting for mate... very likely they will change the pump aswell as they are a sod to remove

  21. sorry yes you are right teach me for not previewing post lol.. 2.5 v6 was 170 brake wernt they.. a friend of mine converted his cally to v6 tuned by courtney got 6sp box lightend and balanced fly ported and polished, race cams,remapped produced aprox 250 bhp was very quick car my z is a smoother pickup than that tho
