it all depends on what plastic you are trying to glue?? to which adhesive you want to use have you tried modelling glue poly cement ect. that might work.

i put 6x9 in my doors but most go for 6-6.5" replacements. recomended is components so you can put the tweeter in the door pillar or windowscreen pillar.

since it hasnt been really driven it could have just been condensation. drop the oil clean cap ect and drive it then recheck . if it does it again then suspect headgasket im afraid.
