whats happened if chunk hosted the pic on photobucket for you he may have deleted it out of his album. this means your picture is not being hosted. what you can do is upload a sig pic into your rides. once its uploaded open the picture to view it. right click the picture them click on properties. copy and paste the whole URL for the picture go into your user cp at the top of the screen edit signature use the image tags and paste the url inbetween them. save and exit your sig should be back and only hosted by the forum.

ps you will find your taste comes back. food is nice again, your clothes dont STINK and other smokers do stink. i cant stand being in a crowd of people and one is smoking now it makes me feel sick.

cold turkey thats how i quit. you want to stop smoking . get it into your head from the start "i dont smoke". .i didnt go to the pub for a few weeks while i was at this point to allow my body to get rid of all of the crap toxins etc. when i did go out (the hardest point of giving up) once you have a drink you instantly associate it with a ciggy. dont and i mean "dont" be tempted to have one. say to yourself NO i dont smoke. i have quit for over two years now.

i have a habit of getting up in the night and checking the car! looking out of the window 3-4 times a night. only since i have the fooking thing damaged I've been like it. fitted an alarm and a security camera now so only generally check it twice nightly. so its coming down. when i get my garage i will finally have a decent nights sleep!
