try adding other stuff into the salads . cous cous, peppers sliced small , banana. even take cereals there so many variety's that you don't have to eat the same one for weeks LOL. or ready meals can make good lunchtime food. i personally have two small rolls 1 piece of fruit (banana/apple) packet of chrisps and a small chocolate bar. the best thing to remember is drink more water most times we think were hungry when its our bodies telling us we are dehydrated!

for your information guys the person that hit me all that time ago was uninsured!!!!! the arrogant ****er was smug enough to give me false details. caz's injury took 2 years to sort out. the car was in a bodyshop for 6 weeks and the guy wasnt found even tho i had photographic evidence . so a lesson to you all get photos of every thing including the driver and report it to the police immediately!
