  4. i had this and it was my maf. driving along start to splutter and then stall. wouldnt start for ages then about an hour . start up fine. changed the maf and it hasnt done it since.
  5. im a mechanical engineer, employed and i work for a samll local engineering shop. manual and cnc turner and manual an part cnc miller. hate being an employee tho would love to work for myself. our main business is a major food factory which we do maintance work for aswell as the design and implimentation of the tooling required to make all your pies and sausage roll etc. bet you have probably eaten a pie that i made the tooling for ;)

  8. rb 25 box shares the same internals , im not sure how you mean its weaker?
  9. seen this good write up with regards to the z32 box. i wonder if it could be just a case of swapping bellhousings over? apparently there is only 3.5 mm difference in length in the input shaft. what do you reckon?? http://www.rbz32.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=57#p208

  11. thats probably the insurance compound. there is no scorche marks or bent metal on the fence ;)
  12. any adjustable shock as long as there in good nick is better then stock so i would use them :)

  14. phew!! could have been a roight fook up there then LOL. gentle heating around the outside on the sticky stuff and gentle constant and equal pressure gets them together.

  17. no problem with mot. can increase performance but depending on the condition of your turbos it can cause the seals to go.

  23. you can balence them on the top of the open oven door . but you have to stand there and watch them, as you dont want melted lights now do you!
