Just to be clear, we have never banned or requested that Jeff no longer trade. That was his decision. He was reminded to pay and did not, therefore he, like GPS who also had not paid, was suspended. GPS has since sent in a cheque for their Trader's Fee and has been re-instated. From a personal note, I found Jeff's attitude on this forum to be wholly unprofessional - this lost him more customers than he realises. Unfortunately there were 2 opinions on Jeff's work....good and bad. No one could post a "good" thread without the "bad" springing up and vice versa. Emotions ran high and for legal reasons the mods had to step in. You wouldn't believe the amount of legal stuff we have to adhere to when running a forum as we can and will be held liable.

I wasn't the one who nuked it - in fact I was in the process of answering when it was nuked. :D Suffice to say, Jeff didn't pay his subscription fees. This is the reason he is no longer in the Trader's section. We took the action we did based on the evidence that we had at the time. If Jeff had remained a Trader, things might have worked out differently, but I'm sure you'll all agree that it's unfair for one Trader not to pay when all the others have. There will always be people who rate Jeff's work - fair play and that's your opinion There will always be people who hate Jeff's work - fair play and that's your opinion There will always be people who side with the most vocal - fair play, even if I don't understand why. The situation with Z.edworld has caused this forum more conflict that anything else put together but the upshot of it is this : If you have used and are OK with Jeff's work, carry on using him If you have used and are NOT OK with Jeff's work, use someone else Jeff did not pay his subscription fee and no longer wishes to trade on this forum.

My Zed's currently off the road. Nothing major - just need to get a new battery for it. Not actually driven it at all since....well, certainly not this year yet, anyway. So much tax for so little use..... I miss it, most definitely, but getting time, money, me and the Zed in the same place at the same time is proving VERY difficult.... *sigh*
