Simon, I would never personally put on second hand turbos. You don't know the full history of them and if they smoke or fail in 6 months time you have to pay the labour charge of pulling the engine again. I personally don't believe it's worth cutting corners if you intend on keeping the car. Vijay

Hello Simon, My turbos are going for the second time so basically you change them both as your mechanic will probably pull the engine to do the job. It's not worth replacing one then finding you need to pull the engine a year later to do the other one. Labour wise you're looking at between 6 and 8 hundred. I'ts then up to you how much you want to spend on the turbos. Vijay

Hi Steve, Yeah, I got them from the guy in the US but he wasn't very happy with me at all. I got the one he made as a sample and then turned round and said they weren't needed anymore, so it looked like I just made up a story to get him to make me one up :( When I get round to fitting them, I'll re-post and if there's enough interest I'll contact him again Vijay
