Did you give them detailed pics of the car when the value was being accessed? I would say if its on your policy they have to stand by it, dont give up, go to the ombudsman and they will sort it out.

The torque setting you wanted Rich is 88 - 108 Nm 0r 65 - 80 Lb/ft Ill update this for you Rich.... Turned out to be the subframe bolts were lose ! :shock:

Well i was more a non believer than a believer before i seen one,and i didnt intend seeing one, was offered the chance, but it swings the other way a bit now, as alan said there are things that are said that no one else knows. I also basically only said my name and he did all the talking. he kind of takes you through your whole life in a way. Quite interesting, emotional feeling for a good time afterwards to. I say try it before you dismay it ;)
