Manuals are just more fun, But Auto's are better if you do a lot of town driving. I've got a good U.K. auto with ECU the full shooting match if you need one give me a PM. Needless to say I went from auto to manwell.

Good Rubber, uprated springs, Hicas eliminator, poly bushes, camber ajustment kits F&R + Good shocks, F&R ajustable tie bars and bigger brake rotors up front. Have it setup properly and you'll be hard pressed to get a car to handle much better but it all comes at quite a price. Next addition to mine will be traction control for those wet days. Having spent all i've spent on mine over last two years I don't want to park her up a tree. MR2 T comes as a better package handling wise sraight out of the box and if you spend the same money on handling bits would still have the edge but, that awesome grunt when you nail the Z will keep you smilling every time you drive down to pay your overdraft off.

The Nismo supercharger has been an optional extra from Middlehursts since last September. It delivers 370 BHP at the crank. Weedy performance and that will bump the price of your Z350 to £36,000. Thats R34 Vspec land not plastic Audi TT impersonator Land. (Have you seen under the bonnet of the Z350) it looks like it been made from recycled Sierra bumpers :slap:

Hi Rookey and welcome to the forum Well the 300 has a lot more brutal punch than the MR2 T, but its heavier so in standard trim 0-60's aint much in it. 60 + goodbye MR2 T. The MR2 is a better sorted chassis in standard form though the Z can be sorted. Power wise its a case of how deep is your pockets. Thought if your only looking at 400bhp you can just about reach that with a good chip ie (JD stage 3) and a boost controler which will give you 300 ish bhp at the wheels. It all depends what you want as to whats the best car for you. These are just my views and opinions from my own experience. Some of us sink fortunes into these things. Not because they are better than other Jap cars for tuning of handling, but just cos we love em.

No. So long as you've got 17's or bigger they just fit staight on. Well mine have.

I was on my way to Chris Getgready's last week. Fast lane of the M53 with a Blue Z350 up my rear. Me being in my Volvo C70 T5 thinks, "when the traffic open up a bit I'll pull over into the slow lane and he'll scream past me". Well road opens up and I'm just about to pull over to slow lane while accelerating from 65 to about 80mph and low and behold the guy tries to come up my inside. I thought :xxx: I'll make it a bit harder for you and nailed it, still expecting him to fly past. He got along side me and 80mph to 130mph he just couldn't make any ground and then began to fall away. He looked totally embaressed and I thought what a poor show. My Volvo is no match for my 300. I can't see how anyone could say that the Z350 is a worthy replacement. Its got not teeth at all + it looks crap. Most of all though. There seems to be too many twits behind the wheels of 350's

Look Guys isn't this all a bit heavy. Surley if someone gets personnel and over steps the mark, its because they are halfwits so there's no need to get upset. I love the jibes and leg pulling. There are a few people on here who I've observed to be wofully inadequate and get rattled because they are mentally deficient at the old banter. Me being older and beyond bating as amusement, just leave them alone while certain other parties do wind em up a bit. However I don't think any real harm is ment and its sad that we even have to raise the issue.
