PTU is it Mitsubitshi or Hitatchi
I asks my local Nissan Dealer for a price for a New PTU unit. The car is a series IV (I'm told) November 1994. So I want the series II PTU. His reply was is that the Mitsubitshi or the Hitatchi? B*llockst if I know. Anyone out there who can help. Maybe a part No for the series II as I'm sure he's got the part numbers wrong. Though we agreed with each other as to what part it was on their Feesh.

Fifth Gear - What a load of crap!
I understand that it would get boring if I was to repeat it and assure you I have no intention of using it more than the once. However your assurances are obviously those of a man lacking any volume of experiance and I can honestly say that by good grace my looks, interllect and physique have always availed me of copious female experiance. I can therefore speak with authority when I say that the lack of virtue held by the seriously upperclass Female is more than compensated for by their lustful eagerness. Not found in the general girly population and the better looking a none posh bird the less they feel they need to please. Good. Now you realise make sure you send me all your post first. Then I can tell you where your going wrong.

Someone owes me some money
Chris We recruited the staff for a security gaurd control centre (all three shifts) for a supposed friend. Spent over £1000 on adds. Paid for 3 members of staff to do a day vetting, an addministrator to type print and post out all the please come for interveiw and no thanks, the cost of envelopes, franking nad then 3 Staff interviewing for 2 days. Then the same procces all over again must have cost me about £2500. Then did he pay? Did he fook. He asked me I didn't offer. + He took on 12 staff from us. I assure you something very unpleasant will happen to him, but it will be legit. Or i'll be a long way away. So believe me even people you know and trust can some times turn out to be scumbags. P.S I hope you get your dosh.

Someone owes me some money
Send a solicitors letter. Make sure its a good solicitor and not a cr@p one. So far you haven't done anything wrong and have had no additional earnings to declare. + Your Earnings from this job are less than £10,000 pounds per month so you don't have to decare to inland revenue until the end of the next tax year. Going to a solicitor will legally register your dept and you can send a demand for interest at upto 10% above base, legal costs if you have to go to court and any lost of earnings through that court apearance. Even then you could still just forget to declare. If they investigate you'll get a tax bill. If they don't, which I very much doubt they will, Then after 3 years they cannot claim against you any way. However I'm sure you won't forget will you.

whats my colour?
Hi Graham Mines a late November 94 UK (originally Auto, but now manual) I've had the car six years this month and for the first 130,000 miles she never missed a beat, but since I've had a custom engine rebuild, ball bearing T28 tubs fancy clutch and too many things to mention done to the car (see Rides) she has been plauged with electrical problems. however when I do get them sorted I expect her to be good for an other 130,000 + miles.

What colour would you have?
I changed the colour of my car to blue. Now every one has a blue Z. Its almost as common as Black and Red. So next time I change the colour I'm going to have a custom two tone job and I'm not saying what colour or you'll all paint yours that colour.

Save Castle Coombe
2344 I've had the privelage to bomb round this circuit on my Paggett RD 400 LC when it was state of the art. Its afantastic Track though I feel it is too narrow for cars to race properly it would still be fun to blast the old Z round. Anyone up for organising a track Day? You can put my name top of the list.

Undercover old bill.........
I remember in the 70,s (fook that really puts an age on me) South yorkshire Police had jaguar 5.3ltr XJS'es. When they really were something. I was Mr biker then. I had a Brand New CB900F and a Paggett RD400 LC with sponden monoshock frame and 5 gallon tank, Cutting edge and these Jags were still scarey. They would eat the 911 of the day no probs. 1979 (I really was gods gift and I didn't abuse it enough :headvswal i really shouldn't have been so disearning) These days a pulse and a willing disposition would really impress me

Undercover old bill.........
I don't have anything to show you, but believe it or not I read about it in a surveillance technology magazine. They where dicussing the legality of private eyes owning and using some of the kit for sale. The hole issue of covertly attained information being admissible in a court of law and how and when it could be used without infringing on individuals Human Writes. My friend is a private investigator For a large insurance company whos work recently help lock up a few fraudsters in Liverpool. They have to show sufficient justification to warrent a court order being granted for covert monitoring and even then the footage may be inadmissible if it invokes an infringment of human rights law. Lets call him Jim, has to be on the ball with regard to the law and even though he is an ex copper he has also studdied law and keeps abreast of any changes. He has to because his lively hood depends upon it. He informs me that there are no records or cases of anyone successsfully defending themselves from prosecution by a covert police car, because if you fight it far enough the mater will be dropped as the police cannot charge you. It is incorrect use of covert vehicles. Like I said though it could get costly to get that far as unwritten policy is to prosecute as many motorist as possible and improve crime figures. Hence your solicitor cannot look up Mr Takemetothepub verse the state for wrongfull arest by covert vehicle as there is no grounds for such a battle to be fort. Any legal battles would be for compensation and just that. Takemetothepub Verse the state for compensation. You see yet?. Can you see why they are getting away with it every day and all but a few well off well informed people are getting justice, at a price. No out cry because you push it far enough and the Police just drop the case and you are no longer at a loss so no case.

You'll master the technic of getting in and out when you've driven her a few times. Either that or you'll just sleep in her as well. You'll love it I promise. Once you've got the smile factor you'll be looking for any excuse to go for a blast. Enjoy, and i'm sure I'll meet up a some meet or other.

Undercover old bill.........
Its not a hole in the system Tim, it just that the Magistrates haven't got a clue and rely on the crown prosecution service who's existance depends upon attaining succesful convictions and the Police. Who are abusiing and bending the rules because motorist are soft targets and they all must attain a certain number of convitions or face a review and possible sack. All of which increases Revenue so the government are happy for it to continue. + The police keep getting their number of convictions so don't have to actually deal with real crime like the gun toeting wrapping smack heads who terrorise the streets of our cities. Your local MEP will Give you all the Details require to make all steps for an apeal. So too a good solicitor who specialises in EU and/or Human Rights Law. If you write to the EU court they will send all appropriate literature (in what ever language you want it in) and give you advice on getting funding for your case if you can argue that it is a national infringement of British Human Rights actively persued by the British goverment or by its officers upon it behalf and not just over zelus cheif constables. Oh yep I forgot. You will have to appeal to a UK court first. P.S. Sorry did i forget to mention it may cost you a tidy sum to get wheels in motion, but you will win and should get compensation. Depends how deep your pockets are and how much your prepared jump through the hoops to get justice.
