    just took the center consoleout of the z as my alarm light had fallen out is that the easiest thing to do in the world just 4 screws and lift out with radio in as well not good theft protection like thought it was going to be like my corsa 1 but no the first job ever to be easy on the Z :)

    dont know if it is right but i was told buy a guy that was in the navy that it is because i winds the torque converter up and that most of the time if you drain the fluid out you can tow them he said that was the same principal that his aircraft carier worked on pump fluid out and no drive pump it in and full drive!

    it was delivered to my house at 8oclock on saturday which there was no one as ime a baker so i was at work so theyleft the usual thing saying sorry they couldnt deliver it and i would have to collect it monday from my local post office i thought ok so yesterday i went to the post office and they dont have it :mad: they gave me a number to ring for the sorting office and they cant find it ether dooh so there currently looking for it. it was insured postage so what do they do do they have to replace the item i bought with an equivilent one or do they just give me the money back that i bought it for cos i got it dirt cheap off ebay and prob wont be able to get another at that price thanks for lisoning to me moan lol

    ive just been on to leeds car audio and i told them what i had and he also said ime better off getting 1 12inch Cerwin Vaga HED does any one know weather 1 cerwin vaga 250wrms is better than 2 JL Audio W0 125wrms? thanks

    i cant really afford anything like that mate but what a bout 2 rockford fosgate RFZ3412 do you think it would run them ok i know you said only one but theses are suposed to be god do you still only think 1 which that isnt too pricy £150 or less etc thanks

    it could be the idle speed air valve thingy though cos when this went on my supra you had to rev it abit when cold to keep it running and then when it was to normal temp if would rev and fall and rev ect like auto choke sticking on.

    i have just bought a soundlab amp it is 2x125WRMS or 1x250WRMS so what sub(s) will it run am i better off getting 2 subs (will it run 2) on one and which? thanks ps its not for the z its cor my corsa z is my dads

    ive got air horns :D i have attached them to the under tray in the nose bit but ive keeped the stock ones as well so i have 4 horns so that must equal about 8 hp more dont you think :D

    since yesterday when i go on cirtain web sites like radio 1`s website i get this message "Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not display correctly." does any one know what this means and how to alter it because i havent even touched any of my security settings and i dont know how to sort it and its doing my head in :mad: thanks Simon

    are Phoenix gold components any good halfords have some in for £99.99 6.5 inch 150 watt maximum it says so i would think about 50w rms any good should suit my head unit (4 X 52) quite well if thy are any good thanks ps i know its the wrong forum but there hasnt been much activity going on in there for a while

    I also dont think you get get done from the front and also if you think about it bikes dont have front plates on so bikers couldnt get done from these camras so i hope you will get away with it mate not 100% though

    drill your air box mate and get a performance pannel filter :D thats what ive done with my corsa and im going to do with my mates 214 i know it sounds a bodge but if you do it in the right place then no dirt can get in the engine cos obviously it goes throug the filter first i wouldnt fancy doing it to something like my Z though lol

    yep i have toyos too i went from the marshalls that were on to toyos then i tryed SO-1`s and i have now gone back to toyos far superior :)

    mine was doing the same thing mate and it turned out to be the inner hicas rack ball joints at the back and when you jacked the car up there was a bout 3mm movement each way was pritty hairy on ice till a changed it

    ive also got a gray Z and when it is polished it looks amazing dont look at my rides pics cos i had just been to london and back from leeds towing a supra so quite muki lol

    dont know what you mean by active cos i dont post alot but ime always here lol ime a student doing B-Tec mechanics my dad owns the Z (dint want one any way:( )

    i also fitted kicker 5 x 7 in the back i had to take the speaker bracket out and just fitted them from underneth fit nicely and sound ok too ps and my rear speaker covers come off from the outside youpull the outside edge and it clips out ant the inside edge slides out.

    are you sure its not just a tooth missing on the flywheel mine does it some times if its manual move car back in gear slightly and try again or it could b your solonoid
