  4. In short........YES! The moving car has right of way, no matter how you paint the picture with old ladys, and rabbits, and kittens all dead lol :D
  5. A stationary car and a door open into the road are two wholely different things though. If he had hit his car then yes its his fault, but the key to this is he hit the door that was left open into the road away from the body of the car. Also as there were people getting in they should have closed the door to alow the car to pass.

  15. Sounds like its goosed fella, classic 300 gearbox problem of the clutchpack being burnt out. Very much doubt you will be able to do anything exept get another box or recon that one (Better option) or always go for a manwell conversion.
