I thought the earting strap was a bad idea? I thought just make sure the battery eathing was all good was the way to go as eathing the Matrix itself will only speed up the prosess of corosion as this then becomes the easyest point of earthing?

Do an Auto Diag first and rest the auto ECU. Hope it turns out ok.
