:( I know what to do. Get a new gearbox mate. My one did the same :cry: smell the gearbox oil, if its burnt your box has most likely had it. try reseting the ecu (Unplug bettery for an hour) see if that helps. Also try an oil change on the box. Other than that, start saving.

I have the skinniest tyres on a Zed I think. 215 all round :x: but I don’t have any probs with traction hammering it away from a standstill or cornering. Been very happy in the wet too. I have cheepo tyres as well, Stunner Scudo. Been more than happy with them, don’t have any plans to change them at all. Been in Zeds with less power than mine with fat tyres of a good brand and they scrabble about for grip like a sod, so don’t always believe fatter is best. ;)

Ok looks like we are systems go on this one :hyper: :hyper: . Just to recap, meeting in the Grand on Leigh Broadway about 4pm, will be there for a while, then later that evening 7-8 ish? head off for a curry. Trains are running a sunday service so we should get away without having to drive, station is only a 5 min stumble away. Try ECU diagnostic. do a search and you'll find out how to do it easy. See if you get any error codes and post them on here.

If they broke it and admited it, they pay for new or repair.
