No, with an auto it disengages drive when the belt goes, its like turning the key off and the engine will just stop. Thats why your MUCH less likely to do any damage if a belt goes on an auto.

Look for something that looks like a screw thats sunk in slightly (gold in colour if memory is right), it wont undo it will turn about 180 degrees in either direction very easily, thats the one you want to be turning. There is a little LED next to it that will flash.

Never noticed anything different with any of the super unleadeds I used in the zed. The only one was Sommerfields super, the Zed idled a bit smoother. Sure a lot of it is in peoples minds.

I don’t know you or your driving abilities, but I would strongly recommend geting a few more years behind the wheel before heading into the realms of cars of this power + rear wheel drive. They can catch you out VERY VERY easily. If you do take the plunge (which one day I hope you will) you'll get the best advice and support from this place. Take the dash off bud. Its much easyer than mucking about under the dash. I had an auto and was shit of a job untill i took out the dash. Its not that bad taking it out, looks like hell but its ok.
