Manwell conversion http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=77829 And when you drop the oil/pan you will see lumps of brown/black crap. Thats the inside of the gearbox eating away at itself. Most likely that crap is gunking up the filters and stopping the gearbox working propperly.

happened to me, new box is on the cards bud. in the mean time. Drain the gearbox oil, drop the gearbox oil pan and clean the filters and refill. might save it for another 1000 miles. but the damage is already done im afraid

Would be quicker to take the engine out bud. Can be done, but with so much f*cking about its not worth it. You WONT find a mechanic who will try it with engine in bud. Sorry. Know its not much help or what you want to hear, but thats the reality of it.

Again, not all ferrari's are supercars. If the Zed was made by ferrari it would still not be a supercar :rolleyes: Please will people find out what a supercar is, its not a badge.
