hi Tweaky. i'll fill in until one of the techies can help. is yours a Jap import? i believe they are limited to 112mph (although having said that you think it is also chipped which [usually] removes the limit) also, autobox should normally change up all the way into 4th. there could be a small problem causing it, such as the throttle position sensor. i dont want to say any more in case i get it wrong!!!
