are you sure that its the gauge thats naff and not the turbos! :x: if they are broken then the Z will probably be slightly slower than an N/A. if they are working... then you should be able to tell the difference ;) aftermarket gauges are dead easy to install, just need to T off a pipe from the engine bay and feed through into the cockpit. out of interest, where does the needle of the gauge sit? in the centre or to the left?

you may or may not have read about me quitting my current job and trying to get into I.T. - mainly software development with C/VB.NET, ASP/PHP etc. i have a (7 year old) degree in Software Engineering, boat loads of programming experience, but nothing commercial - and thats what employers need to hear. anyway, enough of the background, down to the point: someone my parents know has suggested I go to a 'boot camp' where you get 2/3 week intensive training and end up with MCSE certification. however, looking at the site it just appears to be server/network management and nothing much to do with software development. http://www.vibrantbootcamp.co.uk/microsoft/mcse_boot_camp.htm http://www.trainingcamp.co.uk/uk/mcse2003.asp is it worth me spending £5k on this course? are these microsoft certificates any good? are they better than my degree? are there any better options? ive only got 2 weeks and then im jobless :headvswal

ive been with orange b/b and mobile for ages (freeserve, then wanadoo). rang them up after seeing this thread and they told me i need to change my tariff (Everyday 50!!) to one thats minimum £30 a month, which ive now done. im with b/b plus, so i should save about £20 a month doing this! ...and my area has gone 8mb :hyper: :dance: :nana2: , a free upgrade if you wait a few months ( :nono: ) or £20 if youre an impatient greedy bugger like me! :tongue:

i reckon there should be a way to counter-sue these types of people (meaning, people who pine that their human rights / religion / health&safety, etc. have been affected whenever you so much as breathe out of place). it has become so easy now to sue/complain for anything you like, and usually AGAINST hard-working, decent, honest, law-abiding people. and if they lose the case, nothing happens (they just need to walk off and look for the next decent, hard-working guy to try and sue money out of), but given cases like the one in this thread (and a hundred other threads) WHAT IF the honest guy could turn around and give them a taste of their own medicine and say "RIGHT, youve tried to breach my human rights, im going to sue YOUR ass!". time for the repressed people of this nation to fight back using the same silly laws that are used against us every day. :mac1: :mac1:

sometimes my reverse doesnt go in properly - the lever goes half way back but doesnt engage. if i bring the clutch pedal up slightly then the gear clicks into place properly. 2 and 4 are ok tho.

i tried it with a tape recorder. if i lose/forget my car keys, i just rewind the tape and press play, and the ultrasonic sound recorded on the tape will unlock the car door.
