  1. buggers are all booked up until after Christmas! boo!
  2. i agree with Andy. its always cheaper in the long run to take it on the chin (and in the wallet) now. thats what i did when i had a fight with a roundabout.
  3. lol, yes. i rarely have time to read, but i do enjoy a good old detective story, got all Sherlock Holmes short stories (read cover to cover twice  ) and Miss Marple (not as good as Holmes but enjoyable nontheless). read all the LOTR books. and some boring I.T. books to try and get my skillz up.
  4. sorry to hear that Mike. it could have been a lot worse. i take it the bodywork is undamaged - if so then thats another big cost avoided. good luck.
  5. well i thought id just say a few words you are a whore
  6. 0-60 figures were quoted a while ago as 3 seconds dead!!! absolutely gorgeous and, obviously, unique car, but theyve pissed about with the bodykit too much. the standard bodykit looks so much better.
  7. WOW!!! now THAT is a British sports car through and through!
  8. welcome matey. auto->manual conversions are more common than you'd think. second-hand complete manual kits go for around £700. you can get the work done for £450-£600. there are a handful of traders on this club that could do the work or supply the bits, including a couple of garages in the midlands.
  9. fookin dickhead could easily have killed someone - he flew straight across a busy main road and if it wasnt for that signpost he would have ploughed across the pavement and into a wall - on a busy street. he should never be allowed to drive again in his life.
  10. aarrgghhhh sorry it was my fault, lol. the two links are so different, yet they point to the same ebay item.
  11. there's already a thread about that one. answer: no :headvswal
  12. window edit: lol too slow. WindowS xp
  13. OMG Dipone! :( :( that doesnt look good. bloody post didnt shift one bit. like the others say, you three, especially the young one, are ok. imagine one of you being in hospital too. cars can easily be replaced. good luck with everything mate.
  14. very nice looking car but i'd give that one 310 at flywheel TOPS!
  15. + Kiss of Death: Silver N/A + Terminator 3: Red  lol
  16. i have to disagree with Clive Owen - yes he's a good actor and he'd make a better Bond than others, but he's not done anything near as large as Bond - he's only really just broken into the big screen. i cant picture him doing big action sequences. that first chase with Craig chasing that dude through the building site is amazing!!
  17. have we had printer? cant be arsed to check!
  18. Duel is an awesome film - in a class of its own. no fancy effects or anything, just a truck chasing a car. i love the bit where Denis Weaver gets kicked in by the trucker he wrongfully accuses of being 'the driver'
  19. now thats just beyond rediculous
  20. ive been with them since they were Freeserve! not had a single problem with them, although having said that they do seem to be having problems recently, and sometimes once per day i'll lose connection for 10 minutes  been with orange mobile for a while too so i went for the free broadband package - £35 per month for mobile and 8mb unlimited b/b - sick!
  21. is it me, or are they the world's SMALLEST exhausts?
  22. Paris Hilton edit... ok just seen the 'rules'. Pyjamas
  23. i think Ronin is more espionage than action, thats why it doesnt appeal to the wider audience.
