  2. hi i have an autometer air/fuel gauge can i use the existing lamda and which wires to use or do i need some sort of sender for it
  3. the whole thing is chromed just looks darker where the metal hasnt been flattened
  4. had them done through my local car parts store at the cost of £80 for the plunum and another £40 for the water pipes and balance bar .ill be getting the number to contact them direct this week and will pass it on here ;)
  5. just got my plenum ,balance bar and water pipes back from the chrome platers what do ya think :D
  6. had no problem with mine and the crack ran to the inner edge of the wheel from what i remember he drilled it to stop the crack spreading and ground it down after welding in fact its very hard to spot now
  7. armour fabrication welded my alloy for me i had a crack on mine about the same size was only £15 and he did it while i waited anyway give em a ring 01933 355560 ask for shakey ;)
  8. ok mine was manufactured in march 90 ;)
  9. could do with a pcv kit aswell :)

  13. i had the same noise and was preparing for the worst then i discovered that it was the drain from the aircon ;)

  15. to remove the glass i left the lamp in front of a butane heater at work untill nice and warm then run a stanley blade around to cut as much of the sealent as you can then carfully prise apart :) ,take your time though when prising it off
  16. thanks for the comments guys :D :D zevens : the alloys are yokohama model sevens they arnt available in the uk but there are other alloys about that look identical ;) zcar : i brought the car off ebay so dont know who it used to be maybe you just saw it on there if your addicted to ebay too :D

  19. hi all i was removing my headlamps today to give em a good clean inside & out and after removing the glass and trim from inside a small packet with 4 orange tablets fell out WTF are these and do i put em back in or bin em :confused:
