Funny ****er, mine does around 110mph (on private roads) Normally mate they are limited VIA the OBD port (under the steering wheel) If there is something plugged in there pull it out) Mine is also a 2010 model and mine will easy go above 70 with no issues. Also they dont do a 1.9 non turbo, im sure they do a 2.0 non turbo though! Also they do a 3.0 V6 version as well (very rare!).

Most of the time no, but it could be other faults mate, sometimes it can mean one of your ram sticks is shot, or your on board graphics card has died.

Sounds like it went into Bootlock, ie your bios has been wiped.

You can just about see the rust in the engine bay, back on the passenger side if you look closely as well.
