  1. due to loads of changes in my personal life, i am closing my shop which i have had for almost 10 years, but i still need to work, i seen a job on thurs in a related field but not as retail florist, i did up a cv and emailed to them, got a call fri they want to go for interview mon morning, said my cv was very impressive, wtf i dont know why, i havent had an interview in 16 years, the position on offer is business development exectutive, for a large flower wholesalers/distributors, calling on their clients in a large region of irl, salary 30-40k +benefits+company car, it would interest me, but hey i wont build my hopes, basically im sh...ing it thinking of the interview, im more used to being on the other side of the fence,. wish me luck i could do with a bit

  14. yesterday afternoon i met my sister in dublin city centre, temple bar to be exact, for a drink about 3.30pm, this is something i have never done before, omg the place was hopping, music and dancing in almost every bar, and the amount of uk guys and gals partying was unbelievable, and they were all having a goood time, and im not talking yobs, but groups of men and women from late 20s to 50+ all very respectable looking, the irish girls were all over the fellas, i seen 1 lad meet about 3 different girls in less than an hour, have any of you guys experienced this winderful dublin hospitality:rofl:
  15. so sorry for your loss, my sincere sympathies to you and your family

hi, that shouldnt be a prob, i will contact you on driver.ie
  17. thats 2, actually i wonder if theres a limit to the amount of cars on a stand,
  18. yummy mummy checking her 4wd perhaps yummy mummy cant see over the steering wheel, doesnt notice the 2 sports cars and yes i intensesly dislike the nuclear family, who feel as soon as they have a child they must get the biggest kick ass suv they can afford:xxx:
  19. i know its a little early, but how do you guys here in the irl region feel about us taking a 300zx.co.uk club stand at the above event, there are no details available as regards costs etc as yet, but i dont want to make enqueries about a stand if nobody is interested, japfest @mondello is the biggest/only jap car show over here with club stands, trade stands, time attack, drag and drifting. this would be the FIRST time ever the club took a stand at any event in irl., if there was enough interest, i would ask the neo for a small contribution towards costs, and we should have our region banner by then as well. its also possible i might ask on the z club and see if any of there irish members would like to join us, all suggestions, feedback, comments appreciated. THE ARRANGEMENTS Mondello only rang me today with the final details they are posting me stickers for our cars today, only cars with these stickers will get into the paddock for the show stands, and at the reduced price(20euro for car and 2 people) ALL cars on stands MUST be there before 9am, so my plan is to be there about 8am meet you at the gate give you your sticker and then you pay in. i will update this as i hear from the cars coming, and the weather is to be good
  20. good price roy for a 94, it might take a little while to sell, but there again a swb slick would be very rare over here, i have never seen one, and after ist july with the new vrt and tax bands i dont think too many people will be importing performance cars so cars already registered will sell better imho, i think your best bet is carzone, but be prepared for the time wasters (i know of this from chewie) thanks all for the info i will check the things mentioned and will probably have to be a 2nd hand
  21. happy birthday to you both, hope you get spoiled today
  22. almost certain its the pump, i had a leaking tank which i repaired, (i have a new tank now to be fitted) the problem is the car is trying to start turning over fine but its like its out of petrol, with a half tank full, its posssible the pump sucked up some rusty bits and that caused it to fail, before that the car was running fine
