been told the weight problem is down to the sugar in the tabaco , when u stop smoking u crave it and eat more sugary foods ?

good luck Lisa , my uncles just given up and Dr gave him some tablets to take which stop the craving signal to the brain, he's been on then a week and already only has a rolly in te morn and nothing for the rest of the day, i think thats good considering he's been smoking since he was 11 and he's now 68! if you want lisa i can get the name of the pills and you could ask the Dr about them :)

correct me if im wrong but i dont think marcus has brought this up to offend anyone, i think what he is saying is it might make things easier to split it and give some others who find it difficult to afford to drive there cars along distance a chance to meet some local people , with a few closer meets :)

sorry i see a simular thread about something simular to this , so i guess its already been covered :)

im probably opening a can of worms here, but i just wondering if anyone has used them?, im using them at the moment and i know a few others that are , the main person i no has been using them for over 5 years has done lots of drag races on different boost settings and NEVER! had any problems with them at all, we no they need to be changed more regular than the originals but for the price of them you can change them a fare few times before you reach the cost of the oem plugs, ive not posted this to cause any arguments just wanted to no peoples thought or if you've tried them :) cheers wayne
