  6. so what do i do about caliper brackets? who sells these and are they expensive? I could do as krsmayo is doing, he just bought bigger discs from his local cars spares and uprated calipers. So the easiest brake upgrade would be to buy some bigger discs and have the brackets made to fit the oem calipers? This would be easy no?
  7. Shouldnt you have it mapped on a rolling road?
  8. And what we all going to do about it hay?
  9. you sure you havent got a ventilation fan blowing in smoke from next doors house maybe? otherwise thats fooking freaky.

  11. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh yes bomb the thing....
  12. im afraid i havent.. whats that then? any good?
  13. i know it shouldnt but the spoke design goes inwards when it meets the rim leaving less space the further away from the middle it goes.
  14. youl have a half descent looking zed hehe :D
  15. Thanks mayo ::D by the way ive already got a chunky spacer on the fronts :(
  16. ah think il just call him and save time :D will he be annoyed?
  17. yes that sounds like good advice i didnt think of that.... Looking for a slight bigger disk conversion with the bracket to fit the oem calipers back on. maybe the ones on smithys website. Then they will be ready for when i decide to get better calipers.
  18. The spoke design on my wheels make it very hard to tell if anything bigger will fit in there, the spokes on standard setup literally just skim the caliper but on the side nearest to centre of wheel so maybe just maybe there will be some extra room but how to be sure or messure?
  19. haha sounds about right :D and while im at it i could sand down my overgrown toe nails :mac1:
  20. Next on my list after my engine will be a set of bigger disks but i dont think they will fit under my wheels as there is already a big spacer on the front and the calipers just skim the inside of the wheel spokes. was wondering if there is anyone on here with the same design wheels who have bigger brakes or if there is anyway to calculate them fitting? is it just a matter of trial and error? Thanks in advance.
