  2. my leaking roof is really really pissing me off :( so do i have to seal them with clear silicon? and where abouts on the seals?
  3. Ahhhh i ahev tried everything i have even tried cleaning them, its still leaking, although i didnt rer seal them, i didnt realsie you had to. Can i use sikaflex or is this overkill. Will plain clean sealant do? and where do i put the sealant?
  4. 12 afr is a bit lean really, looking at the graph it hits just above 12 afr at 6000rpm.
  5. did you say the Daughter board cost you £600?
  6. oh i see so the actual train has a tilting mechanism, hmmm pretty cool.
  7. oohhh i see, that must feel well cool, you must pull some serious G's at those speeds round corners... right?
  8. What you mean tilting? like on two wheels?
  9. right im off to asda then :) Il be needing lots of oil soon with my Accusump :)
  10. Really £10 are you serious? is there some there now?
  11. oh yeah this is your ex ride, i didnt realise, of course it has :)
  12. Im modifying the track rod ends, i want to fit a rod bearing that can adjust to change the pivot point due to excess lowering, so i will need a very strong female rod bearing, but i need the thread sizes for the stock inner track rod. and the bore size of the hub so i can fit a lengthened rod Anyone happen to know this off hand? Heres a Diagram of what i need.
  13. r new puppy pug Lulu. We bought a pug 3 months ago called Lola but we had to put her down :( anyway heres Lulu:)
  14. Yeah thats the guy who did mine, i think it was john.. or johnson dickons or johnny something, just thought id give him a go as he was just 150miles round the corner, dam was obviously the wrong choice. Just playing Yassa hehe
  15. wow almost more power than mine and i have uprated turbos an all sorts, maybe the dyno is blessed.
  16. aha i think i got it, i will do as you say and plumb into that port but i will keep the cooler in the same place but install a check valve further down for the cooler. should work.
  17. stocvk lines are 10-12mm i think, and this should be enough, i have almost decided that i will plumb into the stock oil cooler hose and install a check valve of some sort which will prevent the accu from pressuring the cooler and directing oil straight into the oil tree and into the block. On the accusump installation guides it gives you three choices, external oil cooler/pump, oil filter or straight into the block (ideal situation). I can plumb the accu into the place you have mentioned above with the correct hose size and still have the cooler in the stock place but install a check valve to compensate for the stock check valve.
  18. yeah thats true. I could also just plum it into the stock oil cooler and fit a check valve in there, will save some hassle. Not sure if i can even get to that part of the oil tree.
  19. See i was thinking of buying a sandwich plate with 1/2bsp and pluming the accu into it then leave the cooler how it is.
  20. So hang on where will my oil cooler be then? i think 3 quarts is the max, its 4 litres its MASSIVE 16 inchs long and 4.5 inch wide.
  21. Im thinking about rethreading that thread port to a 1/2npt should be easy enough being aluminium what we think? Will there be any problems with oil return on the oil tree?
  22. I need these sizes please, im pretty sure the oil tree is 1/8npt which isnt really big enough to fit the Accusump. Oil cooler pipes may be big enough but will require a check valve. Anyone happen to know if theres a 1/2npt thread port in the oil system on a z32?
