Had a great day on the Zed yesterday sorting out a boost leak I had on the passenger Turbo. Not your normal kind of vaccumme boost leak but where the Intake Pipe join's the turbo, had a leak from the join as the gasket had failed and was sucking in un metered air. The Zed pull's a lot better now it's sorted! Thanks to DannZX for the gasket paper! :bow: Here's how we did it... The black metal pipe that bolts to the Turbo. On closer inspection silicone was used to seal where the pipe meets the turbo. This obviously failed.. Metal pipe face. Getting rid of the silicone and pipe corrosion Underneath the Turbo which was causing a little oil to seep out. chiseling out the bolt holes in the gasket paper to get rid of freyed edges after drilling. Cutting out the intake hole!

Yeah did this a few weeks ago, big improvement! Orange was always good where I live but in certain remote area's or inside some buildings it would drop off. Now don't have a problem... Good move by Orange.

Yep, got the GT Wheel myself in time for GT5... Def shaves off a few seconds per lap compared to what I could do with the Joypad on GT Prologue... Made a nice mount for the steering wheel to go on too, the misus has gone mad tho!!!

Plenty of baffle inserts you can get on ebay mate but they'll kill the cars performance a bit.

Yep as Dan said i got done and a £30 fine for my efforts. Was only pulling into my parking space at work as well when a policeman in a volvo drove past with a sign saying "Follow Me!".... I'm changing back to my old mongoose system which should meet there regulations.. I guess 110db at 4500rpm was a little loud but sounded great on full boost!

Gotta be honest recently got my smooth front nose panel and side skirts from carmad and the fit and finish was excellent! No reshaping or sanding needed, went straight on after a primer and spray! Top man! :bow:

We went for 20 Bottle of Bud seeing as we've still got plenty of Stella Left! :duffer: Like Macca says tho pubs are closing down cause if you think a normal bottle of beer in the pub is anywhere from £2.60 - £3+ and you can get 20 bottle for £10 it's a no brainer... We normally drink a load before we go pub just to make the evening cheaper!

Got these on mine... Had them just over a year with no probs. More modern looking and the weigh a few gramms less than standard ones!
