  1. Now that's very interesting..... Following a little more digging, look what I've found..... As stated above - Rip-Off Price for Dara... (http://www.worldticketshop.com) And the proper Face-Value price for exactly the same show.... (http://www.seetickets.com) Well, well, well! So how the hell can they justify that?
  2. Just been looking for a few stand-up show prices and, to be quite honest, I'm gob-smaked as to how ****ing much they are charging.... here's a few examples...... Rhod Gilbert = £89!!! Dara O'Briain = £99!!! Frankie Boyle = £180!!! Those prices are PER PERSON! :cursing: Am I just totally out of touch or what? (I think the former there ;) )
  3. Because if you have, and you've got a close-by internet point, then you'll be able to enjoy BBC iPlayer in the VERY near future. It's currently under test with some Humax boxes at the moment, but will hopefully be wheeled out very soon....... http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=1177080 Obviously members who have Virgin Media will already have access to iPlayer and a lot more, but then us mere mortals on FREESAT don't have to pay for this service ;)
  4. OK, so I've done this before, but thought I'd update it ;) What's on you PC screen (desktop)? Here's my current one.......
  5. Well you can track Santa every year via the NORAD Santa Tracking web site >> http://www.noradsanta.org/en/index.html
  6. Sorry bud, but I beg to differ again..... check out the 1999 spec brouchure, Version R's are available in both TT and NA.
  7. A few points here... Your statement "also called type-R by the ignorant" is a bit out of order and totally un-called for. And who says that the one in the original link is NOT a Version R? The one in the link is a 1998 model, whereas the one in your link is the face-lifted 1999 model. Now the one in the link looks very nice, although a little out of my price range at £14000, and I'm sure some would argue that it's not worth the extra money, but if I had the money I would :D
  8. Nice, I last saw this one a couple of years ago..... Why not? Power-wise it's no different to a Type S or a standard 300ZX! Correct!
  9. Well got her home on Friday afternoon, she needs a little tidying here and there, a damn good T-Cut and polish and the interior really needs a good going over with leather and dash cleaner. But on the whole she's not too shabby for 11 years old, and only 103k on the clock. Also someone has spent some good money under the bonnet at some point, as she really is in good nick under there. I'll post some pics up when she's cleaned up.
  10. Too bloody right, getting sick of answering people on here and they don't have the decency to even thank you for your time! Use the search button, I think you'll find we've already had that a few times before!!!!! ;)
  11. I've owned two of the four door ones in the past (both 2.0 Si's) and they are the most comfortable cars I've ever driven in! Don't forget though that this one is the Turbo Vitesse model with 200BHP, 143 mph top end and 0-62 of 7.2 seconds, which ain't too bad for a lumbering old Granddads armchair now is it? ;)
  12. Yeah no probs Nick, gives me more time to refurbe the tubs first anyway ;) and have the bodywork done as well
  13. Like I said "Bloody Roadworks!!"
  14. ......For just a little longer (will still, hopefully, be ready for next summer though!), as I've just bought this........ As my current Rover 220SDi is really showing it's age now, and I want something over the winter that is reliable! Got what I believe is a good deal as I've traded in the 220 and paid the remainder (which wasn't all that much). It's a '98 on a S plate, it's got a few scratches here and there, but nothing major. It's the Rover 820 Vitesse Turbo Coupe, with full leather and all electric pack. I'll be picking it up on Friday from Oldham, so I've got a nice drive home (bloody roadworks!!)
  15. Me :D Just a normal Saturday evening........
  16. Well that's cleared that up then!! :headvswal
  17. The guy is highly recommended, I've used him myself, so has FunkySi, and I'm more than happy with him. His communications are top notch, always keeping you informed as to what is going on etc.
  18. I take it you are from Romania? Well please don't take it personally, it wouldn't of made any difference what country he was from, he could of been from Outter Mongolia for all I care, it was the point I was trying to make, not cause an international incident!! ;)
  19. I assume you are referring to the highlighted comment above? I don't think that Romainian buyers are bad, I simply think that this sale may go bad, because as I'd listed it for UK Buyers ONLY, I offered FREE P&P, so now I've sent him an invoice for the full cost plus £30 P&P I just think this could go either way, but by experience I doubt it'll go right. If it does then he'll receive full positive feedback (as I'd give to anyone who does everything right). My whole point, and this must be a language barrier problem, is that I prefer to deal with people from the UK simply because I can't be bothered to have to keep checking different postage costs to different countries. It's time consuming and I'm making sod-all out of these sales these days, especially with eBay rip-off fees, as it is let alone spending extra time for people who are paying peanuts to start with. 99% of all the people whom I've dealt with in the past on eBay are perfectly fine and upstanding members of the (eBay) community, it's just the 1% that are a real pain in the ar*e, mainly because THEY DON'T READ! Rant over ;)
  20. As title, I've got some Auctions and some Buy-It-Now's running at the moment, got home this morning and checked to find that someone has bought four of my Buy-It-Now's altogether, but has requested a combined price, no problem with that except that I clearly state on the page that I only sell to Uk buyers, so guess where he's from......... bloody Romania!! What a f**king t*t!! Well It's going to cost him another £30 to have them all posted. I'm not happy because I can see this going BAD! :headvswal
