  1. According to the parts list the exhaust is listed as 01/90 to 04/92, and then 04/92 onwards, but the earlier ones are superseeded by the later ones, ie; you cant get the earlier ones so you end up with the later ones!! If that makes sense I'm also quite sure that if you buy an aftermarket one they are all the same, from 89 to 99. So you should be OK, as long as they are both 2+2 and TT. HTH
  2. ................... isn't that just another name for warped??? :D
  3. :D :D :D :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :nana2: :nana2: :nana2: I'm picking my new bumper up this afternoon from the bodyshop, as the painting is complete :D I'm sooooooooooooooooooooooo excited! Just gota put the hard pipe kit on, that I got from Smithy, and I can take her out for a test drive. I can't wait. If I get the chance (fitting and daylight permitting) I'll post a pic or two tonight.
  4. Mines not been washed since last year
  5. What's cleaning?? ;) Would be nice to drive the bloody thing, it's been on axel stands for four weeks now   But normally a damm sight more than I clean the Escort   On average twice a month, and at least one of them will be a total clean of everything.
  6. That is looking well smart mate. I'd like to replace my boot floor at some time in the future, as it's looking it's age now.
  7. No I don't think you can Yes you can, but you have to replace it with somthing, a full stop will do.
  8. Is it this one you were thinking of? HTH
  9. Martin that is an excellent FAQ mate, well done
  10. I've pressed the SAD option :D
  11. I've just been looking through the FALCON site ( all in Japanese, so be warned!) and came across this site, which contains the '99 Spec line-up of the Z32. But as it is the official Nissan site, it is all in japanese, but you can work out quite a lot of info from it.
  12. Version R = 01/97 to 10/98 See Differences Here HTH
  13. The doctor can give you some tablets for that!!!! ;) oooooooooooooooo I'm soooooooooo much looking forward to it, I just can't wait :D I've wanted to go there for years, can't beleive I'm actually going to go   I've just orded my extra power re-chargable batteries and another 128 meg XD picture card for my digi-cam :D So thats a total of 408 pics at max resolution, + a further 9, if I run out, on my old card :D
  14. AFAIK there arn't any FAQ's on this, although I'm sure someone wrote recentley that they had taken quite a few pics while doing theirs, and was going to write one (not much help to you at the mo though) If it's the kit from the ZCentre, then it comes with a brief explanatory leaflet, but thats about it. It's just a case of finding all the ringletts and either bending them or cutting them (cutting may be more difficult in certain places), but retain all the old metal bars. Fitting the new will require you to make holes in the leather and using pull (Zip) ties or re-using your old ringletts, or buying new ones and borrowing some ringlett pliers. Matty brought a set and removed his OEM leather and fitted the new set, so he may be able to give you all the gen. He then sold his old stuff to me and I fitted it to mine. It's NOT easy to do, infact it's a pain in the arse!!!! I didn't take any pics while doing it, and I don't think Matty did either, so sorry can't help you there. If you don't get it from the ZCentre, and it doesn't come with any form of instructions, give me a shout and I'll photocopy the leaflet that Matty gave to me. HTH
  15. Not me, I've sorted my rad problems :D although it would look nice ;)
  16. oooooooooooooooooo that looks sweet :D  :duffer:
  17. I thought I'd seen this question before http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=32692&highlight=tickford :D
  18. Go to each bulb in turn and take them out and clean tham very carefully, one at a time and check again after each one is cleaned. Has it sounds like a dodgy earth connection in that case. HTH
  19. Iff all your bulbs work, then I'd go for the low fluid level, it may not look low, but certainly worth a check. Mine did it, but it looked ok, then I topped it up just a little and it's been OK ever since..... about a year now :D
  20. It seems from the very little amount of reaserch I've just done, that everyone seemd to be showing the same picture ;) ....... The one in the top post here... The one from andyduff's post, via eBay (ie the one made by Megan Racing) And the one at GetGreddy.co.uk So are they all selling the same product? Just a question, I'm not trying to sugest that anyone is doing anything wrong.
  21. Have a look at this one, not very good pics though. http://www.futurautos.co.uk/car_information.asp?car_id=134 EDIT** Changed link now :x:
  22. Yep this happeneds in my import aswell. I find that as you pull off from a corner, because you've leaned forward the belt will slacken, so once you move off it feel very loose on you. I either just flick the catch so that it un-hooks the belt, hence it retracts a little, then refasten it straight away, or pull on the belt about two inches, but let it go back quickley, this fast action seem to do the trick. Now wait untill somone opens the door while you've still got the belt on ;)
  23. WARNING ** Really stupid question coming!! ** So what do these replace? Is it just the down pipes, then onto the cats, then onto your cat-back system? Or do they replace the cats aswell, then straight onto your cat-back system?
