This may have been posted before, but I thought it was worthy of posting again anyway :D A convertible 2+2? Yep that's what I said :D Apparently this never went into production, although I'd say, by the looks of it with the top up, would fit in with todays modern hard-top convertibles.

This is a big problem with e-bay, all someone has to do is put in that sort of a complaint, and they WILL instantly suspend an account. They don't ask questions, they don't investigate, they simply instantly convict you as guilty, and thats that! Totally sh1te system, completely full of flaws, no real people to talk or complain to when things go wrong, as in this case. But, as I said before, e-mail them and explain FULLY the situation, and see what happens. It'll probably take a while, as they don't really give a **** who's right or wrong, as long as they are seen as doing something when a complaint comes in (rightly or wrongly) Sorry i can't really be of much help, but thats the way the shitty system is.

I know that one bud, mines done this twice now, all of a sudden big plume of smoke out the back when booting it! (felt really sorry for the two guys on motorbikes last time :rofl: ) Oil pressue - OK, oil level -OK :confused: Black kak all over the rear bumper after every long trip! And a burnt oil smell whenever I park! Apart from that everything is fine :confused:

Contact E-Bay, and confirm what you have here, stating everything as it happened. If they won't listen, then there isn't lot you can do as far as you e-bay account goes (unless someone can correct me on that point?) As far as the purchaser is concerned, SOLD AS SEEN, I assume you never implied any form of warranty in your auction description? So basically he doesn't have a leg to stand on! And that is the law, which is entirely in your favour on this account!

I've done a load of driving around this weekend, and I've not spotted another Zed, and not any posts saying that anyone has spotted me? :confused: :D Over to Long Eaton on Thursday, down to Leicester after that. All round Leicester and down to Foxton locks on Friday. Back up to Grantham, then over to Gulliver's Kingdom, via Nottingham, then back to Grantham and back to Leicester on Saturday. Then back home today........... And not one sighting! Lol ;) The only member on here that's seen me recently, is chunk :D :rofl: (The panel is coming along nicely, should be complete tomorrow :D )

Are you going to smooth the 'stone-chip' on the rear bumper as well? It'd compliment the rest of your new bits (IMHO) :D

Hi Craig. When i did mine originally, I just pushed it into the recess, but to be honest I never really got an even look to it. As for gluing it, not sure, probably something like UHO, as it's a rubbery type glue, probably at the outer edges of the doors as the recess dissipates at this point. HTH

'LIGHTS' is the Stop/Tail lamp out warning. It's not a Battery warning lamp, it's a Charge warning lamp, which measn there is a potential fault in your charging ciruit, get it checked over by a competent auto electrician. Some battery specialists will have the proper piece of kit to do this. If you have a Bosch centre near you they'll do it for you. Incidently, none of them should charge you for this ;) (please excuse the punn!) HTH

I'm sorry, but you'll just have to get used to it now your in the PURPLE one :D I never get used to it, as no-one normally looks at mine :( but since I put the chrome alloys on, people seem to notice it a bit more :cool: which is nice!

Whilst I was coming home this morning, roof off and windows down, I was stood at the traffic lights junction, waiting to proceed right, when a BMW 850 came the other way. As he was turning to his left, he was staring at my Zed :cool: Obviously awestruck at such a beautiful car!!! ;) Well it made me happy anyway :D
