  1. Now that's weired
  2. WTF is that???
  3. Put twin exhausts on it, and use it as a wheelbarrow!
  4. How bloody difficult is to get someone to do their fooking job these days??????? I, finally, received a letter from Network Rail on 23rd May saying that I'd got the job here in Grantham (which I knew anyway) But I had to go for a medical, pass a Drugs and Alcohol test and obtain two references all before they'd give me a start date! Well I'm still waiting for a fooking start date :headvswal I passed the medical, should be no problem at all with the D&A test (but they are still waiting for the results) and only one of my two references have bothered to reply!! :headvswal At least it's the most important one (last employer) She said that she'll chase the D&A test results up today, and they can still give me a start date without the second reference, but must have the D&A results first! So I'm still out of work, five months after being made redundant, and my money is rapidly running out, but then I do keep spending it on the Zed  I'm not going to know whats hit me when I do get back to work ;)
  5. Oh, and BTW, it's Reliant Robin, not Robin Reliant ;) (Switches off Smart-Arse mode  )
  6. Or how about this one......... It's a special edition  OOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice
  7. It's all down to personal preference., if you like them then so be it! As mentioned already, they can look very good in the right place and on the right car. If it's just a bog-standard one, then it'll probably look crap! It's got to have people appeal in the first place, and neons aren't going to do that, but they could add to the enhancement of the car. My 2p worth anyway. Oh, and hi Stuart, nice to see you on the forum again :D
  8.    That's brilliant!!!
  9. Nothing makes anybody any less in any respect to me, it makes no difference to me what they may, or may not have wrong with them. After all, I've met some right ugly fookers at meets and shows, it's never bothered me, I just Photoshop them out of the photo's before I post them!!!!!
  10. Don't do that, my keyboard is dyslexic ;) that's why I like the spell checker in the first place
  11. Hmmmm, not sure I like this one, to see what you think, take a look at the whole article >>> Translated Page Here (Hope that works!) Like it or not, you can't ignor the amount of work that has gone into it!
  12. This thread was supposed to be an helpful one, maybe even for anyone with a problem. It was never intended to poke fun at anyone, I'm amazed people always see this sort of thing with scepticism. If you don't want to improve on your spelling/typing skills, then so be it.
  13. So what are you all saying guys??    I'll take that as a NO then ;)
  14. Nail-On-The-Head!!!!! TBH, for the sake of a few seconds downloading, and a few seconds each post, there is really NO excuse. Now there are always times when you can hit the wrong key on the keyboard, and that is really obvious, and I'm always doing that, but that's where I find this add-on perfect for the job. Of course it'll always let you off if you've spelt the word correct, but used the wrong word, if you see what i mean...... There, their etc. Now I'm not trying to say that I'm in any way perfect, I know I make mistakes (often ;) ) but I'm trying (very trying some would say!) But then this forum isn't a competition, where you have to be first to answer a thread ;), as speed seems to be the contributor to a lot of errors!
  15. Should I have the section between my front indicators and fog lamps painted Black, or should i leave it dark red as it is at the moment? Seen it both ways on other peoples cars, but then I've not seen the black version on a 99 bumper in my colour. So, what do you think??........
  16. Yep, agree by eye. I took loads of measurements, centralised everything, and drilled away. But not before checking as many photos of original 99's as I could. I also took a few pics of my own while I was fitting it. As for what is coming from Japan, that would be the NAVAN auto shifter. I'm also looking into obtaining some other stuff, if it's possible, but that's all top secret at the moment ;)
  17. The spelling on this site is getting atrocious just recently! I don't mean the txt spk ;) I'm on about normal words being spelt incorrectly. AndyP posted a link the other week to a little IE add-on for a spell check utility, so i just thought that I'd re-post this thread again, IT'S HERE. It's a good little add-on, only takes a few seconds to download, and once it's on, you can use it to check your spellings before you click the Submit button ;) Hopefully a few more people might use it!
  18. Yep :D And I've still got two more items to turn up, well one if it ever leaves Japan, and the other if they ever leave North America (tomorrow hopefully :hyper: )
  19.
  20. All right, I'll take that one back ;), as I was thinking of the white ones I've seen in the past, just don't look right. Standard discs, with standard, but painted, callipers.
  21. Too bloody right  Anyway, I don't want to start anything off here regarding that issue ;) As I feel VERY strongly about it (and, no, I'm not racist in any way at all), I'm just patriotic to Queen and country (oh, and our lads playing footy ;) )
  22. Now theres a sore point, my Brembos are still sat in the shed awaiting to go on, once the SS braided hoses are sorted ;) Have you ever seen them colour coded :hurl: Sticks out like a sore thumb, and a hell of a lot worse than OEM spoilers for cracking and pealing. At the end of the day though, you either like these spats, or you don't, but I'm trying to keep it looking OEM (except the wheels), well 99 OEM anyway  Thanks for all the comments about the wheels though, I really like them, as you say, very bling ;)
  23. Karen was saying the other day that she likes to see people flying the flag, makes her proud to be British, but then I said to her, they arn't patriotic, they are simply showing their support for the England football team, once this is all over they couldn't give a toss about the flag. And that's the bad thing about it, in this country we should be proud of our national flags (England, Scotland and Wales), and the Union Flag as well (it's only called the Union Jack when you're out at sea ;) ) In schools the kids should sing the national anthem every day with the Union Flag flying outside, afterall, this is the United Kingdom! Stands down from soap box ;)
  24. As title, saw this yesterday evening while out walking. Do you think it's big enough?? ;)
