I have to replace all the turbo by pass hoses theres a 17 piece kit which i purchased from courtesy. Iv been able to replace two of them so far, the 1s that ended up bursting on me and it seems to me that theyre all on there way as there bursting one by 1. Previous to that the heater matrix hoses burst and i replaced them the hoses are all on the way as they are old now. Iv been a charged a total of £220 to replace these four hoses and iv broken down 3 times and had to call the AA down for a recovery. Im getting worried im spending all this money and im gonna end up cooking the engine one day when the engine gives way coz of another hose. Dont know what to do ??? Help please P.S. where supposed to change the turbo by pass hoses after 10 years as courtesy say my car is a 1990 so way past the 10 years but its only done 60,000 miles

I need to get all the turbo by pass hoses done on the zed but the engine needs to come out is there any1 out there that has had there engine taken out by some1 who knows what theyre doing and im willing to travel anywhere up to the midlands no further though. What kind of cost am i expecting.

What water pipes are we talking about here. (sorry if that is a thick question but from what i know there are so many water pipes on the zx are we talking about the metal pipes or the hoses)

I do love my zed BUT it does piss me off when shit happens but im missing her i need her back but she'll be gone for 2 months.

Do u think i should go to some1 else for something like this as its not exactly a performance upgrade job. Im just worried that its a engine out job and that scares me id rather let a professional at it. Any ideas

Listen poopra boy my zed has only given me trouble on my hoses which are sitting at home ready to be fitted but iv never had the time to book it in for a engine out job which will happen once the car is out and the car hasint broken down its in the bodyshop for a special kit which obviously supra owners wont do coz no matter what they do to there car it will still have 3 arses 1 on the front and 1 on the rear and 1 in the drivers seat. Other than hoses my car has been perfect. (other than my slight accident which was my fault and not the zeds) But then again id rather drive a zed then have a chestwig and hang about at schools picking up little girls.:slap: :dance: :dance: :dance: By the way if im not forgetting EVO magazine rated both cars and the zed was given 4 stars and the poopra 3 stars Whys that ??? poopra boy

Do u have a dvd writer if you do then use adaptec easy cd creater version 6 which has a dvd copying facility it is also the easiest to use i feel. If you dont then i suggest you go buy 1:D :D Wait a bit and the best 1 to buy is the LG dvd writer im not sure if its out now or not but its compatible with everything (all copying formats) 1 of the best. Its a little bit more expensive than the others but its worth its price as it will be more compatible with future products. Hope that helped Fas

If you lot think the mercs are fast then u should really be worried about the brabus conversion mercs as they are cars not to be fu*ked with. Iv seen some of them on the brabus website and god they look like big barges but hell yeh do they go. At least we look and get more attention in our zeds as long as we look fast its all good. Fas

Mate have u ever considered getting ur tailgate changed to the hub version in the z centre you could get the whole job done for about 500 i reckon just a thought. Ur spending nearly 500 and keeping it standard why dont you pay the same amount and get something changed. Any excuse to modify something.

Have u tried newera imports theyre pretty good I bought mine from there and they did me well. Got an excellent car from them.

I just thought id write about these as my front bushes on the tension rods are on the way. Iv been offered these nismo 1s and wanted to know if they where any good (theyre from courtesy nissan) If i dont buy these what are the best 1s to replace the old bushes with as in macs earlier thread which is now really long to go through the poly 1s are supposed to be not so good for ur car. Cheers andy But what wouold be the best size to go for with the exhaust pipes Shall i go for 3" all the way through or 3.5" iv heard that the faster the gases come out the better but if you go to big it can also wear out the turbo or turbo seals quicker.
